Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the IdeaCore BI Dashboard platform at ideacore.app, operated by {LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME} (code {EDRPOU}, {LEGAL_ADDRESS}).

1. Eligibility

IdeaCore BI Dashboard is an internal business operations platform. Access is granted only to employees, contractors, and agents of the operator company and its affiliated brands.

2. Account security

Each user is responsible for their account credentials. Sharing credentials or using another user's account is prohibited. Report compromised accounts to [email protected].

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform to process personal data outside the documented business purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass role-based permissions or audit mechanisms.
• Do not upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt service availability.

4. Third-party integrations

The platform integrates with third-party services (Meta / Facebook / Instagram, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, Etsy, KeyCRM, AfterShip, Nova Poshta, Klaviyo, OneBox). Use of these integrations is also governed by the respective provider's terms. We access third-party APIs only with explicit authorization from the business owner.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not provide uptime SLAs. Maintenance windows and integration downtime may occur.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced to active users via in-app notification and via email to account owners.
